'This was a last minute booking following a flight cancellation so my expectations were not high! However I can heartily recommend the Four Points and would book there again if I ever have a planned stopover at Pearson. The check in staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed great service from Zara and delicious food and a very welcome beer flight after what was a very long day. 'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time.
