'The staff is amazing! Everything else was broken, dirty, or bad. Let’s start with broken: one elevator, the back door to get into hotel from parking lot, the pool, the tile in my bathroom and the drain in my tub. Now onto dirty: the floor in my hotel room had stains and the furniture needs to be updated.
