'We reserved a room that pictured a bathtub in the main bedroom. The room also was listed specifically as King Bed w/ sofa bed (Large Room). The bathtub was in the bathroom (not as pictured) and the room was a regular size, which was disappointing. The side guest entrance had an AC unit leak directly above the door. 'Did not stay at that hotel. I made reservations at the wrong Double Tree(DT). My family was at the other DT, they canceled my reservation but I did not receive my money back.'

'Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous.'

'Recently remodeled. Was a nice stay. Just wish the bathroom door would stay open on its own. That bathroom is too little to be closed in when showering so I had to prop the door open as it’s set up to close on its own.'

'I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling for a Motorcycle Rally and have to say the place was very clean. However, there was some things that I didn’t like. First, my bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Second upon trying to use the blow dryer in my room it caught fire had to unplug it. Otherwise the stay was nice. 'The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we...
