I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever. 'The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!'

'Rooms clean, staff was great and knowledgeable pool and hot tub were great , kitchen was a little lacking in things to use for cooking and the coffee pot was not the greatest had to google how to use it after three attempts with hot coffee water everywhere could update those things but otherwise ok. Decks and stairs are a little scary could be updated but overall good '
