The hotel is conveniently located and walkable to all of the City Centro sights and culture, in addition to being spotlessly clean, artistically designed with all of the modern comforts, and the communication with the hotel staff (Gerardo) was seamless in both English and Spanish. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
