'This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or...

'Perfect location. But the Summer room did not have a shower enclosure which made it difficult to shower properly. Plus a lot of steps and a very, very slow and claustrophobic elevator.'

'We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. L’appartamento è piccolo ma curato, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno alla scoperta della città. Lo consiglio vivamente!'

'This is a beautiful historic palace and we loved being in the center of San Gimignano! The host was very helpful and accommodating of our party. When we booked we thought the apartment common area was part of the apartment but it is a shared space for the palace. '
