Strategically located for exploring the entire region. 12 km from San Gimignano and just 4 km from Certaldo, where you’ll find excellent restaurants and all amenities, including shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafes.

The road leading to the villa, which winds through the most picturesque Tuscan countryside, is paved and easy to navigate in any type of car. The perfect place for a rejuvenating vacation surrounded by nature, without sacrificing art, culture, and history—thanks in part to its proximity to art cities like Florence and Siena. The medieval villages of Certaldo and San Gimignano, as well as the heart of the Chianti region, are just a few minutes’ drive away. Excellent farms and top-notch restaurants.

Interior of the villa:
The house is arranged over two floors.

First floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen with a 5-burner stove, two ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, moka pot, and fireplace. Crockery, tablecloths, and everything you need for 12 people are provided.
- dining room (with a large rectangular table and comfortable chairs). The dining area is adjacent to the living room, forming a single large open space.
- large living room with a TV and sofas. Two French doors flood the space with light and open directly onto a beautiful veranda furnished with a large table and outdoor sofas. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the medieval towers of San Gimignano and the Tuscan countryside.
- 1 double bedroom (This is the only room in the villa without air conditioning, but thanks to its location in the house and the villa’s thick stone walls, the temperature remains pleasant at all times. It is equipped with a fan, however).
- 1 full bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is located right next to the only bedroom on the first floor.
- From the hallway, a wide and comfortable stone staircase leads up to the upper floor of the villa.

First floor:
- 4 double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (3 of these rooms have a bathroom with a shower. One of these has a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub)
- 1 twin room, with 2 single beds (which, upon request at the time of booking, can be arranged as a double bed). This room also has a private bathroom with a shower inside the room.
- an additional bathroom. The 7th bathroom is accessible from the first-floor hallway and is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

Outdoors:
- large garden: from the garden and pool area, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside with vineyards, olive groves, and cypress trees, stretching all the way to the historic towers of San Gimignano.
- swimming pool (5 x 10 meters. The deepest part is 1.40 m. Steps allow for easy entry into the water at the shallow end). The pool area is located on a lower level than the rest of the garden and the veranda. Accessible via an outdoor staircase. You can close off access to the pool area with a small gate for added safety if there are children present. By the pool, you’ll find a large gazebo, sun loungers, and deck chairs for the whole group, as well as a shower.
- The veranda is accessible from the villa’s living room and dining room. It is furnished with a large table and sofas. The ideal place to enjoy your meals while taking in a fantastic view. Near the veranda is another gazebo next to the barbecue area. The veranda and the two gazebos (the one by the pool and the one in the garden) all have a plexiglass middle layer so you can enjoy the outdoors even in light rain.
- Private parking adjacent to the building, on the opposite side from the garden and the pool.
