'Moldy bathroom, rude or unknowledgable staff'

'I am a Hilton honor , been going to this hotel for 15 years , for business ! The guy puts me in the worst room a- floor level, #150! Right next to cars parked with noise factor ! Bath room smelled , piping issue and it was lose , half of bathroom light didn’t work , the ottoman was missing ! Not going back'

'Overall it was a nice place to stay. We’d stay again. Just a few small problems. Check in was a little off. We never received the text with the door code or information about our stay. Luckily the front desk person was still there when we checked in. She insisted we were checked in already and have the code to our room. When I told her that we never got the text she said to check again. Never received anything. It took a bit to figure out how to get the electric fireplace (heat) to work. It was...

'Wildhaven is great for families that want to camp without "roughing it". Everything is nicely laid out and the grounds are attractive. The only thing to be aware of is the distance to the bathrooms. Some of the tents and cabins are pretty far away if you have to get up in the night. Maybe request a tent/cabin close to the facilities if that's a concern. '

'We were pleasantly surprised as the “motel” vibe from the sign made us a bit nervous. Had a nice stay and would stay here again!'
