'The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!'

'We loved our stay at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. I loved the suite style room with its separate living room. There were several pools throughout the property which really gave vacation vibes. The staff was so wonderful especially house keeping having so much patience with us coming back to clean our room. We ordered in-room dining and found that the serving size was generous and the food delicious! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others...

'Nice comfortable room. Stayed in a suite and loved the bathroom and views. Would be better if rooms had hard floors rather than carpet. Hallways and elevator need new floors. Thats the only real sign of age otherwise very nice place to I stay.'

'The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our...
