That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

'The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We had to adjust the check-in/out dates, which they did immediately with no questions. Once they realized we had dogs, they gave us a room right by the side door on the first floor which made potty trips SO simple. We had one issue with the heating unit, but they responded quickly and we've had no further issues. And my favorite thing - the water pressure was amazing and the hot water seemed endless. Great stay.'

'The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the breakfast was great! It was in such a good location being only 10 minutes from downtown Covington. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Honestly, they were the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at a hotel. We plan on coming back to Covington and because of them and the amazing service I will be staying here again no questions.'
