'Lovely staff, great location. Super close to multiple options for dinner. The receptionist helped us find some good restaurants, but I doubt there's bad ones. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel's space seemed full all the time but we rarely had trouble parking as there's a lot of spots at the side of the hotel. Recommend!'

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

The staff was cheerful to help me to solve the problems and also parked my car in the car park. The same staff also showed me how to install snow tire chains when Jeju was snowing.'

'The gym was very tiny, almost no equipment. I mean maybe smaller than my room. bathroom adjacent to it was dirty. Also everything was open, no cardes doors. The room was okay, but no view fron the window, because it was all etched glass. Opening one window taught me the other building was 50cm away, so no matter. Bed was okay and gaming computer fun. Breakfeast roll was good and timely. Was woken up twice late at night, because people were talking in the hallway with kids. With KIDS at 23:30....

'Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.'

"The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtub… We are not returning to this hotel! "
