'The gym was very tiny, almost no equipment. I mean maybe smaller than my room. bathroom adjacent to it was dirty. Also everything was open, no cardes doors. The room was okay, but no view fron the window, because it was all etched glass. Opening one window taught me the other building was 50cm away, so no matter. Bed was okay and gaming computer fun. Breakfeast roll was good and timely. Was woken up twice late at night, because people were talking in the hallway with kids. With KIDS at 23:30....

'We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious. The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the...

'Spacius room, great location to go to the market in the evenings and use as a base for daily trips. The only thing this hotel really does need to do, is renew the carpet in their halls. This gives a total different, un desired atmosphere in the hotel. '

'Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful! Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this. Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.'
