'Great room, bathroom could be better finished with the tap in the shower moving around. The beach view is wonderful and filming sunset was amazing on the pier in front of the hotel. As my curtains was broken I asked them to look into it, before I could return it was fixed. Overall a great place to stay, only the aircraft taking off were slightly annoying but they stop at 2230.'

'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. 'Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The property is gorgeous with amazing views. Breakfast is included and tastes amazing. If you are staying in jeju you have to stay at this resort. I will be coming back.'
