'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Nice hotel. Clean room. Bathroom is old Korean style where shower toilet are next to each other. They did put in a glass divider, but not enclosed. Meaning, the entire bathroom floor will get wet. Be reminded, you are pretty far from key areas, choices of restaurants, etc. Golf would be the primary recreation. They do have a CU in the lobby, but access via QR code and self checkout. '

'Our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Beds un-made and dirty, dirty towels on the floor. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t shut so the wind whistled through loudly. Contacted manager who arranged a different room, which wasn’t quite as nice as the room we had “booked” but was fresher. The bathrooms smelt like sewerage after 24hrs and made us feel quite sick. Every 2nd Elevator was broken. What would’ve been a beautiful hotel in its day was now very run down and needed...

"The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtub… We are not returning to this hotel! "
