'Great room, bathroom could be better finished with the tap in the shower moving around. The beach view is wonderful and filming sunset was amazing on the pier in front of the hotel. As my curtains was broken I asked them to look into it, before I could return it was fixed. Overall a great place to stay, only the aircraft taking off were slightly annoying but they stop at 2230.'

'I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. 'Mountain View room is actually a view of the car park & buildings then in the distance you can see the mountain if the weathers clear!!! Great location, convenience store & coffee shop almost inside hotel so brilliant not to have to go looking around for supplies when tired. Room was a lovely surprise…… so minimalist & clean. '
