'Wonderful hotel with excellent sunset views of the Moai and the ocean. Super friendly staff, great service and well maintained property. Loved my room. Some have mentioned that it is a bit outside the town centre, but I didn’t find it onerous. It’s a scenic 15 minute walk past a beautiful Moai cluster at Ahu Tahai. My new go-to place on Rapa Nui!'

'The pool is very nice and a good size pool area with great views. The gym is old and doesn’t have free weights. Just a machine that’s is really low quality and a tread mill. The building is well located in a. good area with great food next door. Amazing bakery (Boca), great caffe shops and restaurants in the same block as the building. '

'Apartment was perfectly adequate for overnight stay. Had problems accessing the property and the host responded very well and came out to help, he was very gracious when I realised I was at the wrong apartment!! Would recommend.'

'Me hospedé por 9 días, nadie me limpia y no me cambian las sábanas ni toallas. Escribí al encargado me dice que se limpia y se cambia cuando salga los huéspedes solamente y si están muy sucias se cobra algo adicional. Y no aceptan visitas en el alojamiento.'

'El Apart Hotel tiene una buena ubicación y las habitaciones son bonitas, luminosas y a pesar de dar a una calle con tráfico, el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno. El personal es súper amable. El punto débil a mejorar es la comunicación: No respondieron a ninguno de mis mensajes vía esta aplicación, ni tampoco me enviaros las instrucciones de llegada 48h antes como indicaron. Les contacté por WhatsApp y ahí si respondieron adecuadamente. Las indicaciones de entrada si la cafetería está cerrada...
