'I wanted to give them 5 stars. The hotel is lovely, clean, and quiet. They also have a great breakfast. However I had one event that was not handled appropriately. My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. And then they subsequently added it to the credit card bill as well… I felt their desire to get the $5 was a bit much and really was not worth getting a lower rating for such a small...

'Amazing service, so incredibly friendly. Super fresh breakfast too. Only bad point is that it's hard to first find, but the manager will come get you if needed so no big issues.'

'The cabin was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and acommodating. Lots to do, hiking, biking, sailing,swimming, kayaking and more. Also a great place to just relax and disconnect from everything as there is no internet or tv, except for the dining room and common area. And the views are spectacular. '

'Very nice place beautifully situated between the two volcanoes. Convenient access to the falls and to Osorno. The staff is extremely helpful, helping me fix my tyre pressure and clean off some dirt from my luggage. The rooms are bright and clean. Only note: the walls ARE thin. So if you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs just in case.'
