However, the property has two floors, one with small kitchenette and a sofa bed downstairs in the basement and then one main room and bathrooms on the second floor. The bottom floor has a strong humidity smell. It is practically unusable. 'Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. In the lively neighborhood of Le Marais, you are a 3 minute walk from cafes and shops galore, but you are on a quiet side street, so away from the noise when you want to sleep. 'The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was straight forward with the instructions and video provided by the property manager. The unit is on the 3rd floor which some may find difficult to carry their luggage up to that floor since there is not an elevator. The unit is in a fantastic area which was close to many great shops, restaurants and attractions. We had a fabulous time staying here.'
