'Really clean, the place was better/bigger than what it was post on Vrbo. The communication by email is great. The location is a little bit far from the center of Santa Cruz and there is no parking. It was difficult sometimes to find a place for the car. '

'Beautiful and very clean 3-level apartment in a great part of the city. There's a grocery store below the apartment and you're a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Santa Cruz and the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace; it was very large with multiple lounging areas. It truly elevated this apartment.Opening the door to the building and initially getting into the apartment was a bit complex, but once we were in, there is a fob which makes locking and unlocking extremely easy. 'Appartamento centrale, tenuto molto bene. Esattamente come nelle foto. Vicino a tutti i servizi, incluso un piccolo supermercato e nei pressi della zona pedonale con negozi e ristoranti. Personale sempre reperibile tramite la chat di booking, con risposta nel giro di pochi minuti.'

'Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, Küche inkl. Nespresso Maschine. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Parkplatz gut zu finden. Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch/Bildschirm. Strand Las Teresitas gut zu erreichen, sowie das Anaga Gebirge. Jedoch ist die 4-spurige Strasse sehr laut, sowie die grossen Fähren im Hafen, die oft einfahren. Der Nachbar schaut sehr laut TV. Das fast Schlimmste ist ein Geruch nach faulen Eiern von draussen und im Toilettenschacht - sehr schade.'
