'Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future '

'Beautiful and very clean 3-level apartment in a great part of the city. There's a grocery store below the apartment and you're a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Santa Cruz and the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace; it was very large with multiple lounging areas. It truly elevated this apartment.Opening the door to the building and initially getting into the apartment was a bit complex, but once we were in, there is a fob which makes locking and unlocking extremely easy.
