'El departamento es enorme. Muy bien ubicado. Con todos los amenities esenciales para una familia. La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue optima y con muy buena disposición. '

'Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, Küche inkl. Nespresso Maschine. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Parkplatz gut zu finden. Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch/Bildschirm. Strand Las Teresitas gut zu erreichen, sowie das Anaga Gebirge. Jedoch ist die 4-spurige Strasse sehr laut, sowie die grossen Fähren im Hafen, die oft einfahren. Der Nachbar schaut sehr laut TV. Das fast Schlimmste ist ein Geruch nach faulen Eiern von draussen und im Toilettenschacht - sehr schade.'
