'Dagelijks schoonmaak, netheid, mogelijkheid tot gratis koffie en thee. Je kan iets opwarmen. Aanrader als Hostel. Enige minpunthe, had last van de koelkast die de hele nacht aansloeg. Deze is aan vervanging toe. Bien bien! '

'For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony '

'I never take the time to write a review but this time I will. Avoid that place! I arrived with exactly 12 minutes of delay at the door, called the number on the door and got somebody on the phone so rude that I thought he was drunk. He even dared to tell me that I should go elsewhere, if I can afford it! After endless discussion, he called the person of the reception and I could check in. During the rest of our stay, we never saw anybody at the reception, independently from the time. Absolutely...

'Una pensión que está mucho mejor que cualquier hotel de 3*, personal muy amables. Limpio, muy buena ubicación. Relación calidad precio excelente,. Ha sido mi segunda estancia y seguro que volveré. Negativo... Estacionar es misión casi imposible. ( Aunque eso no depende del establecimiento, ojalá tuviesen aparcamiento PRIVADO) El colchón no es muy cómodo. '
