'In Chinatown which was somewhat noisy but within walking distance to historic Philadelphia. Hotel is outdated with broken items. Room was dirty. Breakfast was fair. Parking next to building was okay but costly. Staff were very helpful and kind.'

'Locatie was top, maar de staat van het hotel en de kamer waren minder dan verwacht. Wel schoon, maar iets meer verouderd dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. De locatie maakt daarentegen wel e.e.a. goed.'

'In the bathroom, the toilet was so low, it seemed children's size. There were no racks, hooks, shelves, etc. in the bathroom for hanging towels, or clothing. The facial mirror was too big, awkwardly blocking access to the small sink. There was no ventilator in the bathroom. Shower curtain was inappropriate. No tissues. Fixtures and room decor throughout were somewhat worn and in ill-repair. The furniture in the Lobby was also beaten up, worn, and not kept clean. The majority of the staff,...

'The host communicated poorly. The room I reserved was made unavailable. the host stated that he needed me to reserve the whole weekend for my stay before my reservation. I had to contact VRBO in order to reach him when I arrived and only then did he provide another unit that was a significant downgrade and did not provide the same amenities that I agreed to pay for. There were no pillows on the bed, no TV, there were coffee pods but no coffee machine. No towels were available and the shower was...

'Great location, clean, and easy check in process. It is a four story walkup so very important to be aware of that, and there is a bar right outside the window so weekends you will get LOTS of noise. Good value though for the location.'
