'Good value, staff was really great. Angeline was particularly sweet and helpful. I would book again.'

'Im a Fire Alarm Tech... The condition of the system was multiple Alarm conditions that no one was concerned..or was not maintained . Saftey should be the above all priority instead of Profits 😠'

'In de kamer waar ik sliep had kapotte kraan in de badkamer. Heel erg weinig keuze tijdens het ontbijt ! Geen vrijheid om met de personeel te praten.'

'The facilities and services are adequate for the price. AC is Alain not clean. The filter needs to be cleaned. When you check out, you have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes until the staff checks the room. I have never encountered this kind of system anywhere before. The stuff people are kind and helpful. The worst thing about this hotel is the location. After dark, you’re not advised to go out for a walk it is very dangerous. Although the train station is right in front of the hotel and the...

'Disgusting hotel used for hookups, roaches everywhere'

'It’s very accessible for everything’s you need'

'Room is clean!!! Have a strong AC!! my daughter sleeps well. Also, the 7-Eleven connected to the hotel is a lifesaver - no more venturing out for a quick snack or essential item! I have a great stay with my family. Thank you'

Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

'Dry'

'It was good good for fhe price but my room specifically the furniture wasnt maintained. stool was peeling, paint was too, and the headboard was broken. Aircon was also faulty, couldnt keep the room cool consistently. '

'The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.'
