'We arrived at 10:30 pm and there was 4 people waiting to check in before us. It took about 25 min, but once in the room was clean and nice. We had a short stay so did not see much of hotel other than our room.'

'This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...

'Very clean and cozy, had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, pillows and plush towels. Felt safe and had free parking. The outside light was a bit bright, so bedrooms weren’t completely dark. That said I would definitely stay there again! '

But we ended up being pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and bright our room and the lobby were. Plus, the front desk staff (Shubha?) was very friendly and helpful. Another bonus: the hotel is close to a H Mart and several restaurants. Will stay here again when visiting family in Glenview. '
