'The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

'The location is great. Easily walkable. Some difficulty finding parking close but doable if you give yourself some time. The place was clean and spacious. The only specific complaint is that it was cold and the thermostat was locked. '

'Information about checkin and parking in the area was very detailed and accurate. When we arrived to the condo it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. We contacted the host who replied quickly and explained there was mix up with the cleaning crew. We went to dinner for a few hours and when we returned the condo was nicely cleaned, with new sheets and towels. Area is very walkable and if you drive expect to pay for parking. '

'The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

'I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.'
