'Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was cordial and accomodating. Room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is located on the Interstate and there is traffic noise outside but very quiet inside. We never heard any traffic noise in the lobby or inside our room. Pool and gym was onsite but we did not use either one. Breakfast was hot and adequate. The area provided lots of seating. 'The night auditor was not an imposition to handle situations that came up. The electric went out in our room and the hotel is full, so they put us in a room with no key. The only way we could access it was within an executive key and that room had holes in the wall. I asked to get in touch with the manager. They told me they could not they weren’t allowed to call him.'

'Just FYI they don’t accept ESA as service animals. I have stayed at other hotels and they accepted and waived the fees but not this hotel and the pet fee is high costing 50.00 plus TAX. I couldn’t cancel my reservation because i checked in after 3PM. Breakfast was okay room was clean but bathroom shower leaked into room area. '
