'Très bonne surprise. Logement très propre y compris les draps, les serviettes et couvertures. Salle de bain et toilettes en bon état. Aucun problème avec les équipements mis à disposition, tous fonctionnels. Bon point également pour la literie qui est d'un bon niveau. La description du logement faite sur le site correspond à la réalité. Très bonne localisation pour accéder au metro. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration dans la zone, très proche de Times Square. 'It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.'

'Toen wij hadden geboekt gingen wij reviews lezen en deze waren zo slecht dat wij een backup hebben geboekt. Wel wilde we het eerst zelf ervaren.. eenmaal aangekomen in dit hotel bleek er niks van de reviews te kloppen!! Wij waren ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van: 7,8,10,13 jaar en de kamer was echt fantastisch !! We zaten op de 6e verdieping, de kamer was schoon, mooi en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Een koelkastje en een mooie badkamer, de kids vonden de stapelbedden geweldig!!...

However, it was hard to reach anyone after checking out because I thought I had forgot something in the apartment.'

'Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated.
