'A very relaxing stay with great hospitality and many places to rest and relax. Four out of Five stars for cleanliness was only due to the stairs not being vacuumed. I guess not many people take the stairs anymore!'

'The staff was great but the rooms on the lower floors do not get much sunlight. They can be very dark and one suggestion my wife found it really difficult applying her makeup due to the lack of light. Each room should be able to order a makeup mirror from the hotel to make up for the lack of light. Also the pillows were lumpy and not soft. Overall the hotel and room were clean and the staff were all very attentive and helpful.'

'Very happy with the hotel selection. Great location. Great restaurants around the area'

'Spacious room. However, it had a terribly dirty feel and smell to it. Bathroom smelled like excrement, rusty shower. The sink had hairs, it had clearly hadn’t been cleaned up prior to our check-in. Thermostat was not working, instead there was a very old system that took forever to “cool down “ a bit. Also, the elevator in the property was not working and I had to pay an extra $20 for parking.'

'When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. '

'Very simple room, slightly run down, no amenities provided (NO cotton pads/sticks,pen,flipflops) dirty carpet in the room, weird smell, hair in the bathroom. '

'Wij hadden helaas wel een heel slechte ervaring met een boeking in het weekend. Omdat er meerdere feesten en partijen waren, konden we 's avonds laat bij terugkomst in het hotel onverwachts niet eten in een van de restaurants. Dit was niet aangekondigd vantevoren. Je merkt goed dat men meer is ingesteld op de massa en niet de individuele hotelgast. Dat is jammer want het hotel is op zich een beleving, ook qua omgeving zeer de moeite waard.'

'We love this property for a quick getaway. Rooms are beautiful. We always stay Club Level and the wonderful Shima - who has been there for 30 years (!) - never fails to make our time in the Club Lounge impeccable. All the Club staff are great, but it is Shima who makes us come back with her next-level service. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and the spa is lovely as well. Will return time and time again. '
