'Friendly staff both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Clean rooms. We did have a very noisy AC unit and the elevator was not working during our stay. Staff were accomodating with getting us rooms on the first floor so elderly parents would not have to take the stairs.'

'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, lobby bar, and outside seating area were very nice, clean and big. We hung out there a lot. The breakfast was good and convenient.'

'The receptionist Mark spit on my cards to try and activate it (idk why he thought that was appropriate). The house keepers don’t come in to replace the toilet paper or towels or change the trash cans. Food was okay and the elevator works well. AC was nice and fresh.'

'Amazing place! Very quiet and close to many things in Lawrence. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting. It truly felt like a place to just sit and relax without worrying, and as if you are at home. Enjoyed every day and this will be our place the next getaway we do.'
