'Very nice apt. Good studio size Close to shops especially Whole Foods!Loved the coffee downstairs Everything worked great.Did not use the parking, walked everywhere.Laundry room was excellent and soap pods were provided. Maybe add some dryer sheets. Everything was well equipped.I would have liked an iron. Steam iron just wasn't cutting it for me. But it worked great on one of my shirts but not for my pants-oe maybe I didnt know how to use it.'

'This rental is in a great location very close to downtown Eugene. It is right next to the train line but it didn't bother us. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We wanted to make some changes and she got right back to us. The place is small and simple but, has everything you need. We would definitely recommend.'

'Very clear and they thought of all the little things! I would gladly stay here again!'

'This property is perfect for a day/week/month stay. The rooms are large, kitchen well equipped and nicely configured. A single bathroom is what it is, yet clean and well lit. The location is close to anything in Eugene. The host was very easy to work with and accommodating. I will stay here again when I come to Eugene.'

Was a bit concerning as we wanted to be 100% certain we had secured 2 nights.'

'Great little studio for a single person or couple, and we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, updated and modern, comfortable, in a great location, safe area and close to everything. We had nice cold AC during our summer stay, a super comfortable king size bed, full private bathroom, and a big screen TV. There's a handy little kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The app makes checking in and out a breeze, and the smart locks are a nice touch, very convenient and secure.
