'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'This guest house was better than I expected. It was very clean & well maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient to walk around Old San Juan. There is limited staff onsite. They leverage technology to manage the entrance into the house as well as the rooms. Anything we needed the staff was available thru whatapp or text msg. The breakfast was also decent. Be aware the stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. Not ideal for people with mobility issues or very heavy luggage. This...

'El desayuno nos encantó, pero no era gratis . El personal del restaurante donde nos dieron el desayuno fueron muy amables. Todo el bufet fue muy rico. Nos encantó la ubicación, cerca de TMovil, lugar con muchos restaurantes, cine y música. '
