'The property was very clean and had a great view, especially at sun set. There was a pet fee which we were unaware of until we started our stay, didn't like the surprise, it was more then the cleaning fee. We had a couple of other issues, one being wifi, but the property owner was quick to reply each time I reached out. We would stay there again, just not bring our pets. Beds were very comfortable. '

'Great place to stay!! This house worked perfectly for our 4 day fairground event. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location is exceptional to downtown Perry and to the fairgrounds. Would/will stay again for our next horse competition.PS - awesome and safe yard for the pets, and appreciate the small touches of dog leashes, many plug extensions, and k cups for the adult coffee drinkers.
