'I arrived sooner than I expected because I was meeting friends but I missed them. But the associate at the counter went above and beyond assisting me. She was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept the whole night, got a full 7 hours sleep. Did I mention the associate was great, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Jamaica.'

'During our stay in Room 1606, we experienced a serious issue that significantly affected the quality of our stay. Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. Even more concerning, however, was that at night we could hear conversations from the neighboring room through the vent with remarkable clarity.
