'Can't beat it! The house is amazing and from Tim to Reyna to the concierge team, everything was perfect. Communication was great and it was so nice seeing Reyna's bright smile every morning. We spent every evening watching the sunset in the pool with a cocktail, it was breathtaking. We enjoyed having dinner on the patio and lounging on the hammock. 'The house was perfect for our party of 4 with a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again the house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Rich Coast was very responsive. We were even treated to seeing the monkeys come through one evening. The one thing I would suggest is to put up a curtain in the shower window in the bath off the kitchen so you can have a bit of privacy from the back deck sitting area other than that, everything was great!'

She helped during a power outage and helped find a taxi cab for an adventure to Hermosa one day. 'We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The outdoor space and pool area were amazing and we really enjoyed spending time there. You can’t beat the sunset views here. Great location, close to del coco and playa hermosa, both were great spots for swimming with quiet beaches. The kitchen in the house is well equipped and the house was very clean. 'We had a great time in CR and at this property. House manager was available throughout the trip. House is super pretty and had everything we needed to cook. We hired a private chef through the management company and I highly recommend doing that at least once during your trip. The food was amazing!'

'We had an awesome time at Little Dubai, Lot 102. The house has amazing views!!! The lot is one of the larger lots in Pacifico and has a ton of privacy and a lot of beautiful landscaping. Sort of a private oasis.....Very comfortable living/TV area as well with nice leather chairs and sofa. The pool was great as well. As noted from a previous renter, they need to add cushions to the outdoor wooden lounge chairs. Couldn't really use them without the cushions. This should be an easy fix. No closet...

As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. 'This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient.
