'The location of this unit is a 10! There was plenty of parking and the communication with the management company was timely, thorough and correct. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had a few minor issues that did not affect our stay and that we let management know about. The reason for a rating of "4" was due to the age of the complex and unit. The cement walkway by the unit is in serious need of repair and some elements of the unit need updating or a deep clean, ex: kitchen...

'Great mountain views. Great layout and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equipped, appliances pretty new. Loved the fireplace. Bus picks up right at the resort and takes takes you right to the gondola to ski. Negatives: Hot tub in the building was under filled and not very clean. Beds are very stiff.'

'Step out the door and you are in the middle of it all. Turn right and head toward S Mountain (awesome trails for hiking or biking), the Arkansas River (watch the rafters and surfers then take a stroll along the path, awesome shopping and restaurants.
