'Check in was HORRENDOUS!! The woman at the FD hates her job and is clearly an unhappy person in general. We had one other interaction with her during our stay that was equally as awful. She should look for a job somewhere more suited for her like collections or possibly repossessions… We absolutely will not be back. Home 2 Suites is 3 min away and where we plan on being next year!'

'La cafeteria estuvo limpia y ordenada. El desayuno esta muy bueno. Los elevadores y pasillos estaban todo el tiempo sucios. No limpian los cuartos diariamente. Mi cuarto lo limpiaron despues de 4 dias y porque lo tuve que solicitar. No hay claridad en los pagos y depositos que haces. La impresion que me dio es que tratan de ahorrar en limpieza o estan cortos de personal.'

'We booked a room for 6 and was pleased with the room set up. Of course the fold out couch slept like a fold out but it served it's purpose. Shortly after we checked in, we realized that the floors while they looked clean were actually dirty in my 6-year-old's feet and the rest of our socks have begun to turn black while walking barefoot on the lvp flooring. 'The good: Bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've slept on in weeks of travel across the US. Room was clean, absolutely no bugs, everything smelled nice and was spotless. The not-so-good: Room was a little run down (toilet paper roll hanger was broken, closet had no bar). We stayed two nights at this hotel. First night we saw a homeless person camped in a corner of the lot, we saw a prostitute to into one of the rooms, and noisy people were hanging out in the parking lot literally...
