'Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good.'

'First room we were given had roaches in the phone and coming out of the crack in the ceiling above the shower. Next room we were given was obviously just cleaned. Was told it was a non-smokering room but there was smoke stains on the walls and doors. Cigarette burns all over the bed sheets and blanket. When asked for an extra blanket, was told that they would bring it to our room if they had an extra one, never came. '
