'We traveled up for the Eclipse with a few extended family members. The house was very nice and in a great location. We felt safe and enjoyed being close to all kinds of food and shopping options. It was great to have a nice home base after our days of exploring and we really had a great trip! If you do choose to stay here be sure to document any issues you have right away with the owner. 'Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival....

'Though it did take a little to get used to, the place really is cozy. I went out to do things for a while, but it was always nice to come back and cook. The bed was surprisingly comfortable all things considered, and the process of coming and going was smooth. I would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity to return to Conway arises.'
