'We liked staying here. The one thing we didn't like was the lack of curtains in the living, kitchen area. People walk up and down the walkway right beside the house. If you have just got up and wearing your pyjamas, everyone can see you making your breakfast or coffee. Light curtains would be nice. They would also help with shutting out the afternoon heat. '

'This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child....

'The Host emailed clear directions to get to the property. On arrival, we couldnt fault the cleanliness or believe how spacious it was. Just perfect for my large tribe.The beach and nearby shops were easy to walk to 10-15 mins.We were lucky enough to have brilliant days so beach and swimming everyday.Kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ was awesome as we shopped for a small grocery items such as breakfast and a few dinners. 'Fabulous house right on the beach with private pool. Large outdoor area with heaps of lounge chairs and outdoor seating, perfect for our big family. Kayaks and good selection of snorkelling gear available. Big kitchen with 2 large fridges and a chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and large selection of crockery and utensils, perfect for a self-catering holiday. The beach was excellent.'

'The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom had its own lock and the layout of the house was fabulous, with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. Was great having two full bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower on both bedroom wings of the house. The gardens were just blissful to sit, sunbathe and read in. The beach hut was a fabulous addition and we spent hours using the kayaks and paddle board. Connie’s thoughtfulness of all the small additions in the house was so appreciated....

'The laundry was very well equipped with Washing machine and dryer and washing powder.The pool was lovely but small and only comfortably held 3 people but the children loved it and the inflatables which were left for use.The rooms were very spacious including large bedrooms.The kitchen was well equipped as well and the only thing to comment on was that there was only 3 teaspoons, I was going to buy some more but didn’t get to the shops. 'We stayed here for 7 days and had such a great experience. The property is very kid-friendly and had everything we needed all utensils, washing machine (with washing powder), WiFi, and even some basic food and water to get us by when we first arrived. The outdoor area is so big and spacious for a family bbq or to lounge around, not to mention the pool. The rooms were spacious, master bedroom has air con and an ensuite. 'Location was perfect but drunk older women yelling all night until 3 am was a bit much. Advice was to lock all doors and windows because of petty thieves but at least 3 windows didn't close let alone lock. Very clean, comfortable beds but owners need to spend some money on basic handyman updates. Oh and fix the pool deck and add a paddle so the kayaks can be used to full advantage,'

"Goed: Beste locatie van Rarotonga met prachtige lagoon om te snorkelen met mooie tropische vissen en murenes. Kamers op zich prima, wat verouderd, maar wel super schoon. Slecht: Deels verouderd. Restaurant is verschrikkelijk en zeer ongezellig. Eten zeer matig en niet 4* waardig. Keuken ziet er niet schoon uit ook. Ga lekker bij het restaurant aan de overkant eten, veel beter en enthousiaste eigenaar. Cocktails zijn kant en klaar en niet te zuipen. Ontbijt is ok, maar kan ook een kwaliteitseis upgrade gebruiken. Veel ziet er om 0900 niet meer vers uit. Omgeving zwembad niet schoon (zwembad zelf wel) en gevaarlijke putjes voor kinderen. Waterpark kapot en onveilig. Veel kokosnoten in bomen pal boven ligbedjes, heel gevaarlijk. Ligebedden hebben geen kussens zoals op de foto’s. Veel ongebruikte ruimten. Het slechte is dat bovengenoemde al jaren in de reviews staat, maar blijkbaar neemt het management deze niet serieus omdat klanten toch wel blijven komen. Advies: neem een goede hotel manager aan, knap de boel echt een keer op en neem feedback serieus, vernieuw je restaurant, neem een goede chef-kok aan en maak het aantrekkelijk voor gasten. Jammer want je kan hier een fantastisch resort van maken op zo’n locatie. Ondanks alles wel een prima verblijf gehad hoor, dus ga er gerust heen. "
