'1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. 'Overall nice place only real complaint would be the pullout sofa but they were responsive and brought over a new mattress. Location was easy to get to the mountain and get home short walk from the trail.'

'Wonderful place, lots of room. Host was quick with responses. Heat was not working when we arrived, thankfully my husband is handy, otherwise host would of sent out a repair person. Kids had fun with the games.'

'We have stayed here several times, we it was one of places we stay the most. However suddenly we couldn't park where we parked due to HOA, that the property manager said they were unaware of. We had to move trucks to a different spot where it was not visible. So, we no longer will be staying there. Hopefully they updated the description of the property to include the parking limitations.'
