'My wife and I have stayed at many different places over the years but this may be one of the most well maintained properties I've ever seen. It was a great place for us to unwind with our dog and we would certainly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the area'

'Cindy and Dave were great hosts! Cottage was adorable and the pool was a welcome relief when the heat wave arrived this week. The grounds are beautiful and one can hear the lapping of the Choptank River on the beach while sitting at the beach.'

'I only had a slightly wider view of the water from a kayak- the panoramic view from the deck was peaceful and beautiful from first light to sunset (though the night coasts were relaxing as well). Inside was clean and had nice decorative touches. We had all we needed to cook in when we did. Easy to walk or ride around and an easy drive to surrounding attractions.We'll be back!'

'Beautiful location in a recently remodeled house. The finishes are all top notch and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The owner was very hospitable and responded quickly to my communications. I did have some difficulty having sufficient hot water in the shower. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at Oyster Cottage. The cottage is more spacious than it looks and well laid out. We took advantage of the multiple comfortable seating areas on the first floor. The updated kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting outside on the private patio.
