'If I could give it 6 stars I would! Very nice one bedroom apartment located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Close to the center of town for shopping. Charles is an outstanding host. We used to stay in the local hotels when visiting family in Southbury but no more, from now on Charles will have us as repeat guests. Highly recommend.'

'This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person.
