'We rented both units and both were very clean, the upper unit is especialy nice with lots of space and a very well equiped kitchen. Outside space is also very nice with a nice (bit to warm) pool and lots of shade, we did see some Manatee's swim by. Beach chairs, bikes and a cart provided. Short drive to the AMI beaches, even possible to ride the bikes to AMI. 'Great little property and perfect for 2 people! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, tote and cooler that were available to use, which we did every day! The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. '
