Vind je ideale hotel in Cumberland Hill

'My new absolute favorite place to stay! The XStay location we stayed at looked like it was very recently built and brand new. It’s more like luxury apartment extended stay for corporate workers than a hotel. There was no check in desk and check in related signage was not complete, but we finally figured out that the Fairfield Inn Suites about 60 yards away would handle it. A simple sign would have saved us the xtra 30 minutes of stress. The room had a cali king bed with king pillows, kohler...

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)'

'We had booked with a motel 6 who had canceled our reservation in the morning on July 4th without telling us. So in panic we called a bunch of places and this place had the 2 rooms we needed and the room close together. So we got there place was beautiful and we were excited. Rooms were clean staff super friendly and kind. Free breakfast every morning. We had no regrets and will be making this hotel our choice to stay at when we are in RI. 'The staff was nice, it was clean, but it has a very bizarre smell. I think it might have been paint because there was painters tape still all over my room including covering some of the smoke detector. The bed springs were CRAZY. I was put in a two bed room and both mattresses were shot. If your primary purpose is rest and sleep, this isn’t it.'

'False advertisement saying 3 bedrooms. There was 3 beds in 2 rooms. Bugs in the room and no lock on the bathroom door.'

'The dummy at the desk told me to park by door B except there was no elevator by door B so I had to walk back to the check in and ask where was the elevator and it was right near the check in. So much for common sense!'
