Vind je ideale hotel in Cumberland Hill

'The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)'

'The staff was nice, it was clean, but it has a very bizarre smell. I think it might have been paint because there was painters tape still all over my room including covering some of the smoke detector. The bed springs were CRAZY. I was put in a two bed room and both mattresses were shot. If your primary purpose is rest and sleep, this isn’t it.'

'False advertisement saying 3 bedrooms. There was 3 beds in 2 rooms. Bugs in the room and no lock on the bathroom door.'

'Very strange layout of the hotel. It only had 1 elevator. I had to walk through 4 corriders that connected in different spots to get to my room. 5 min walk. Not a big deal unless you are elderly or handicap. Room was spacious and beds where comfortable The room and most of the hotel was a little outdated. Paint was peeling off in the bathroom. Looked like a 5yr old recaulked the bathroom .A far cry from the Sheraton it used to be.'
