'Check in was at 4 we arrived at 4:10 when we walked into the office the ice machine was leaking and SMELLED. The woman at the desk we could barely hear but told us that the room was not ready and to wait 10 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later and she gave us the key and where the room was with an attitude. 'The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

'First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID...
