'This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.'

'We loved our stay. This is the first time I have rented a house without a prior review. So glad we did! The house seemed brand new or very recently remodeled. The pool table and media area downstairs made the rainy day we had on the island a great one. We had a party of seven and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was easy to walk to town but we also rented bikes to get around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard.'

'The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. My only suggestion would be the it might be time to replace the window until, it was a bit dirty. Other than that everything worked and it was a great mini vacation house.'

'Me and wife were saying what a great property, we vacation in middletown every year and this house was great! everything was updated, kitchen was large and back patio was amazing with fire pit. We are family we 3 teenage kids, so the 2 rooms in the back with 3 beds and shared bathroom worked extremely well for us. Finished basement was great. and the owner also responded to any question we had within 10min-hour on the VRBO app. Also it was a 5 min walk to "2nd Beach". which also amazing. quiet...

'Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.'

'We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was perfect — all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our whole group. We especially loved the bright, open living space and the kitchen, which made gathering together so easy. The house was clean and full of natural light.The back deck with its patio seating was the perfect spot for an early morning coffee, and the large open field was great for a soccer game with our group. 'Excellent property - as described by Laura our host. We are very familiar with the island and we had a great stay. The property is located outside of Vineyard Haven reasonably close to Lambert's Cove area. You definitely need a car to get around, but with that, everything is easy. Very clean, quiet, and well stocked. Laura was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.'
