'Hotel had an information breach in advance of arrival and had no idea what to do about it. Difficult to get answers. Hotel was run down and shows its age. Temperature of room was terribly cold upon arrival then sweltering through the night. Convenient for Go station but wouldn’t stay again. '

I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side...
