'It’s a comfortable and exceptionally warm space in terms of design. Custom wallpaper, moulded half-walls and an almost throwback to older times in term of room design. The staff is exceptional as well, beyond friendly and accommodating! This has to be the best room I’ve stayed in so far. Thank yall'

Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
