'Very nice hotel to stay. Staff was very helpfull. Wifi was a big issue. No connection at room during daytime. Sometimes when you had luck you had connection at night. Needs new voucher every 3days! Good connection wifi at poolside and restaurant. Restaurant has good foods, staff is helpfull but empty plates stay long at the table when finished. '

'The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...
