'Great space for having a family that likes to move in and around spaces. My father was handicapped so moving on a single level was key for him along with the walk in showers. The park across the street with the basketball court was fun to be able to get some outdoor play in between day planning. The back terrace is smaller than appears on the images but fine to use. Recommend. '

'Initially a problem as the cleaners had not come but contacted owner and the cleaners came shortly after and the owner gave us a 50 credit. Place was nice a roomy and very convenient to Mt Pleasant area, Shem creek and Daniel Island for the tennis open. The picture of the back area shows more comfy chairs than are actually there but still was ok. Walked across to beautiful neighborhood with walking path and walked to nice bagel shop nearby. Bathroom shower stall small and could use update but...

'Overall, I would stay here again with my kids. The cons list sounds long, but they are mostly minor things.Pros: huge yard, views of the lagoon and nature, big house, great location! communication was good and response time was quick.Cons: maintenance could be better... Multiple lights out (kitchen dining), bathroom window would not shut once opened, door knob to get out back broke, ice machine from fridge would not work, multiple chipped glasses in the cabinetsonly one kitchen towel was wrapped...
