'The check-in was tricky since the lock on the outside door is not the one to use. Did not mention in notes provided. The driveway to the parking spot is long and narrow with no room to turn your vehicle around. So you will be backing out a long distance with not much room for our rented Corolla. Three times blocked in at the end of driveway for people illegally parking. I know that is not the host to control but be prepared to wait up to a hour. Place was nice but it was loud since your...

'The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. '

'Everything as described. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Check in was easy. Brooks is a most accommodating host and quick to respond. Highly recommended. I will definitely return. '

'This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.'

'Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. '
