'We were on the fourth floor and the elevator didn’t work one day of the 4 days we were there . The elevator is 100 yo + but the whole area was clean and I enjoyed my stay . Communication was great'

'Dirty bathroom. Black curly hair scattered in the tub. Took pics. Found cleaning supplies to clean before use. Bed had sheets which had been slept on. Dark longer hair. Took pics. Wrinkled. Changed the sheets with worn sheets I found. Old dirty single sock under bed and visible. Old stained rough towel to use when bathing. Needed washcloths and finally found in a basket in front hall piled together. Wanted to make coffee. Old used coffee bags opened with expired dates. Using coffee opened anyway...

'Great stay! It was super clean and conveniently located. I mostly just needed a place to shower and sleep but this stay exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the water pressure is weak.'

'Very clean apartment! Easy free parking. Excellent communication from host.'

'Amazing place to stay if you are going to stay downtown area! Worth it! Beautiful historical part and worth it! Thank you one note is drive way is skinny large vehicles be aware'

'Very clean apartment, with all the essentials, in an extremely quiet building and neighborhood.'

'Unfortunately, my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. One thing I would recommend future guests be aware of is the 10:00 AM check-out time, which is quite early. It’s important to plan accordingly, as there is very limited flexibility when it comes to extending your stay or requesting a later check-out.'

'We enjoyed our stay at this historic loft. The decor is cute and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was good- close to many restaurants and downtown. We had good Mexican food at Armando’s and visited Michigan Central nearby.'

'Everyone was smooth and easy. The stay was comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you!'

'It was perfect. Quiet, very clean, nice bathroom. The host helped with parking so fast and check in/out was smooth and contactless. I can’t wait to come back!'

'The loft accommodated all of the little essentials that we leave behind when we are rushing to get out of town.'
