'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'Prima hotel, mooie grote kamer. Doordat de airco het niet (meer) deed was het soms wel wat benauwd op de kamer. Deia is een gezellig bergdorpje met een paar restaurants op loopafstand van het hotel. Jammer dat er de eerste 500 meter geen voetpad lang de doorgaande weg is tussen het hotel en het dorp. Dat voelt, vooral in het donker, niet echt veilig.'

'Despite having some difficulty locating the home due to lack of internet connection, it was WELL worth the trek. The home itself is beautifully appointed and spacious but the views were out of this world. We enjoyed spending time on the enormous deck and in the hot tub overlooking the Balearic Sea. 'Our stay was perfect. The staff was the best, friendly, mostly everything was possible, super. Nice room with balcony, good bathroom. Breakfast included, not superfantastic but good enough. 'Disappointed and misleading! Its not all inclusive when you have to pay for alcoholic beverages, the hotel we booked was not ready and they moved us to a sister hotel which was also not ready for service the first days. The food at breakfast and dinner was really low quality, at busy times the trays were empty and we had to queue for a while to get an omelette. Most of the time the food was still frozen like the desserts etc. Rooms where ok, but a lot of noise came through from people walking by...
